what is present rate of gst on work contract of government department?if any change what is effective date?

what will be sac & %age for sub contract work under govt contracts viz. roads, bridges and buildings
repairing of equipments and machinery and maintenance of tubewells
i also have same qery plz replay billing to goverment is excempted from gst and waht rate apply to subcontracter ??????
Construction KANHER CANAL DIVISION NO 2 KARAWADI TAL KARAD and client provied this to subcontrctor by cutting 2 % royalties then what we apply gst rate in bith cases ??????
