How much salary we can give to a staff without any other treatment like tds and all

What are the provisions for salary giving to staff how much we can give salary to staff and can it be in cash ?

if you arer paying more than 250000 p.a. than u can give 20000 by cheque and remaining in cash

The lowest tax slab (Zero to 2.5 Lakh) has 0% tax rate (i.e. no tax is payable). Accordingly, 2.5L per annum can be without tds.

Also ll be give some suggestions...

Cash dealing restricted Rs. 10000* in a day to a Person. The Salary is monthly based transactions so not advisable for above 10k cash...
In case it's weekly Wages then you can give 10k per week...

TDS is applicable salary above 2.5lakhs in current scenario. But, you can consider their deductions related documents like lip, mediclaim, Tuition Fee, Rent and all other VI A related activities...
Collect all the above details and Calculate Basic Ceiling limit ➕ (plus) Deductions...
The salary is exceeding as per above calculation then you can deduct TDS....
