im Not asked correct the word im telling that it is an expenditure because of you are not tranfer the Edu.ces & H.Sec.cess in tran 1 so you could not keep on ITC balance

For that No Provision in GST

above suggestion is based on Generally Accepted Principle that is If there is No Credit In GST obviously u should claim from Old authorities or Expense it
