We have paid pre-deposit to TRIBUNAL while filing the appeal against OIO of Commissioner Appeals @ 10% of duty demand confirmed amount by using the CENVAT baalnce. Is it any option to show the same in TRNS-1 form, if yes which column we have to show it. Becouse once the Order of TRIBUNAL is our favor we have right to utilise the Pre deposit amount.

I think you have to file the refund claim
you will need to file refund application under existing law
Thank u sir, But, the case is still going on, we have not received the final order from Tribunal. Am thinking if order is in our favour, then how we can get that deposit amount, without showing the TRAN-1 form.
