I'm constructing house in chennai thru builder for contract. (80% home arranged thru home loan HDFC)
I want to enquire whether any GST charges i need to pay.

Thanks. How much percentage i need to pay to the builder ?
And just a clarification - Builder how much he will pay and % any idea ?
