In GST portal,it shows that the last date of gstr-3 is upto 10-Nov.But this return is not still out.Do anyone have idea when the return is out?Then please tell me.

GSTR4 Offline Tool is Available in GST Portal... Check it and Timely file Returns for Composition Tax Payers...
It wld not be enable until gstr 2 is filling date ends
