I have purchased a computer for business purpose. Tax invoice issued by supplier on my trade name but my gstin is not mentioned. Can I claim input tax credit in this case?
PS- Supplier is not modifying the invoice to include gstin.

If gstin number is not mentioned then u cannot avail credit.

GSTN no is must , furthre you can addd that invoice in GSTR2 ,if supplier has not uplodaed invoice in GSTR1 , then same should accept by the supplier in GSTR 1A for ITC.

A registered taxable person following conditions for ITC
1) Tax Invoice with GSTN no must
2) You must received the Goods or service
3) The tax charged for that supply has actually been paid to the government
4) furnished the retrun
Just confirm everything .
