We are hearing about notifications like a person who have submitted his GST-3B return for the month of August 2017 before due date. But haven't filed till now. He will not be liable for any late fee in the month of August but for the period from last date of filing or date of submission whichever is later to the date when he filed he has to pay late fees in the month of September. Is it true
If any GST is due after the due date then interest @ 18 % has to be paid
