Rcm on advocate fee
is gst on advocate fees under RCM also suspended

No........ that is still applicable....... as it is liable u/s. 9(3) of CGST act, and 5(3) of IGST act.....
only under Section 9(4) of CGST/SGST ACT & 5(4) of IGST act is suspended with effect from 06/10/2017 to 31/03/2018.
Advocate fee(legal fee), GTA & others will come under Section 9(3) of CGST/SGST Act & Section 5(3) of IGST Act has not suspended.
As per Section 9(4) of CGST act 2017 any Supply of goods or service from an Unregistered supplier to a Registered supplier is liable to pay RCM - only this scenario has suspended till 31.03.2018
