I am a retailer of medicine in delhi, a customer come to my counter and purchased medicine and asked to mention gst no of uttrakhand. What will be the place of supply whether interstate or intrastate?

simple it's called as B2C or unregistered dealer

The mentioned statement specifies that it's belongs to B to C transaction (business to customers),bcz customer who is buying the medicine for personal use will not have gstin.So,that it will be considered as intra state transaction and cgst,sgst/ugst will be applicable
