Yes, GST is applicable on Directors remuneration under RCM payable by the company.

no, this is not applicable.
remuneration is a one type of salary paid to director. so it's not applicable for RCM also

GST applicability on Directors Remuneration depends on the nature of remuneration paid.

If remuneration is paid in nature of salary to a director who is involved in management of the company then GST wont be applicable and in cases like remuneration paid in way of Sitting Fees,Commission,Charges for guarantee given for company's loan etc would attract GST.
