I got registered on Aug so what to do with purchase made on July and Aug before Regis. and also stock

since gst was levied on 1 july so credit for purchase made on or after 1st july can only be taken if tax has been paid separately on purchase of goods.

that doesnt matter if u r registered in same state with same pan no then you would be treated as same person and all sales and purchases will be clubbed.
all you have to do is to give details of your branches if any in portal.
