You have to show labour paid on Reverse charge basis..
Yes. You ll show all inward outward supplies in GSTR 3B...
If it is received from Registered person then you ll be show it in "All other ITC" columns.
If it is received from URD then you can show it in Outward supplies head in "RCM liability" column....
