If nature of asset is personal commission paid not subject to gst but if it's commercial it is subject to gst

If i had to pay brokerage towards sale of rice or paddy or agricultural commodities (exempt or nil rate gst) will attract rcm in it

we are construction based concern we paid commission for flat sales to individual person this transaction is subject to GST under RCM kindly clarify
