Sgst and cgst charges by Bengal govt
West Bengal govt here is levying separately 9% each as SGST and CGST respectively for each purchases made in shop/mall bazaar. These shopkeepers say this the order of state govt. Please clarify.

West Bengal government works like a Country of its own. They feel they have no boundation and obligation to Indian Constitution and Laws. Several traders and business owners affected by such nonsensical compulsions by government.
