how to upload invoice of UIN(Embassy) in gst portal of gstr-1

Yes even i am facing same problem where to upload the details of sale to Embassy. They are not accepting UIN details.
please help us for this query
I have raised ticket on gst help desk portal they have replied that it is system issue which will be solved shortly.
