I am running franchisee of Sip Abacus head office chennai. I am running franchise in the name of SIP ABACUS & BRAIN GYM SHAMLI. My collection is below 10 lakh. please guide i have to register under GST or not.

Hi Navneet,
You dont have to take registraion if your turnover is less than 20 lacs in a financial year and Rs 20 Lacs limit is PAN based excemption so if total receipt is more than Rs 20.00 Lacs P.A then you have to take registration oterwise not.
