Is tds 4 pf refundable if cumulative exp >5yrs in multi org

Hi frns, I have recently withdrawn PF (approx1.14Lacs and TDS was 21.4K). Now the PF amount is getting added up in my taxable income and slab is getting changed due to which i m suddenly required to pay up excess tax. Can any1 guide if this amount (TDS for PF) is refundable if i have in total 15 yrs exp without any break. Please guide.

how can tds be deducted in this case if withdrawn after 15 yrs?
if this hapened just file itr claiming income exmpt u/s 10 n take refund of tds

First of all, the PF authority deducting TDS is totally incorrect coz there is no provision of TDS on payment of PF amount. Secondly claim the receipt of PF amount as exempt income in your ITR and the TDS amount as a refund claim.
