Can Sale of goods or services taken place on Sunday or holidays notified by govt...??

Of course they can. Why can't they???
we have read that section with the chapter under which the same is provided. sale cannot be prohibited on holidays if such contention is there then no markets will be closed on Sunday's.
Can you quote the section
Restrictions are mentioned under Rule 149
The sale which is mentioned there is the sale for recovery purpose by the officer and not sale in ordinary course
