registration in which state for commercial rental property
I am based in Amritsar, Punjab. I have a commercial office space in New Delhi. which I have given on rent. Where do I need my GST registration? In Punjab or in New Delhi.

You can get registered in amritsar and charge IGST.. It's not necessary to get register in the place where property is situated.
For immovable property, as per GST act, the place of supply is where the property exists.
So, if you are liable to get register under GST.......... you will have to get registered at New Delhi....
(though on twitter, an opposite view available.)
