If a pvt ltd co registered under GST give commission to individuals.GST will be charged in this case as commission earning of individuals are less than 20 Lakh.

whether receipent turnover is less than 20 lace or more but as company providing commission to individual which is registered under gst need to pay gst under reverse charge. pl see if the amount is less than rs. 5000 and the total transactions during the day less than rs. 5000 from in registered dealer. in such case he can utilise exemption.
