GST on jobwork outside state

I am registered dealer of Assam ,supply and do job works
also.
Got one job work in Tripura state
where materials will be supplied separately and installation work will
be done separately on labour rate.my question is about billing of installation,can I make bill for it from Assam charging GST or need to register under Tripura for billing
