in  composition sceme what about exiting stocks (ie can it eligible for input credit tax or pay any tax on it ) I am talking about exiting registered VAT shopkeper & exiting VAT paid stocks if they go to composition sceme 

 in composition sceme suplier  can eligible for sale tax free goods

Carry forward of admissible ITC as reflected in last filed VAT return is allowed. Form GST TRAN 1 need to be filed within 60 days
