• Your PAN
• Legal Name
• Trade Name
• Registration Details under Existing Law
   

 for proprietorship firm in  LEGAL Name field proprietor name is displaying.
in trade name FIRM name is diplaying. Is it wrong? please clarify what is legal name what is trade name?

I received an email which contained GSTIN certificate but the problem is that my GST status is still showing active pending verification. I have checked that legal and Trade name both are correct. there is no return section showing inside my GST portal under the services. what should i do ?

I migrated from VAT to GST (in November 2016) itself.

but its still showing "Active pending verification"

Whereas my relative who applied fresh (i.e. did not have VAT number) got status as "Active".

Funny thing is he applied on 10 July 2017 and already has active status,

I applied in Nov 2016 and still have active pending verification...

same problem i have dear. what should we do? my status is also active pending verification
