Is GST is applicable on daily wages??

no schedule 3 of cgst act does not consider wages and salaries in the nature of employer employee relationship under gst taxation
if you treated salary then no GST,
you treated contact then required to pay at 18%
if we treat wages as salary then it will attract liability under other acts like PF, ESIC
please clarify get applicable man power supplies contact
In case of Salaries there is a relationship of employer and emploee. Whereas in case of payment of Wages, if you proove that there is employer and employee relationship. Then no GST
