GST on continuous supply of service

If agreement to sale the flat is of Rs 3 cr and payment received 1cr up to 30-06-2017 and vat is paid on 3cr, service tax is paid on 1cr @ 4.5%. so what will be GST on remaining amount which will be received after 1-7-2017??
