For satisfaction of charge by a company, is there a need to pass board resolution? what all are the attachments required with CHG 4.
which relevant sections applies here.

Refer Section 82 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 8. Board resolution is not required.
Attachments: No Objection Letter or Letter from Bank / financial institution from whom loan was taken confirming loan is fully repaid.
