DEAR SIR,
PLEASE SUGGEST ME , A DTH DISTRIBUTORS PURCHASE AND SALE TO RETAILERS, HE RECEIVED COMMISSION ONLY FOR THAT COMMISSION 18% GST TAX NEED TO PAY RIGHT? PURCHASE AND SALES DONE FOR COMPANY, SO , NO NEED TO TAKE INPUT FOR PURCHASE AND OUTPUT FOR SALES, BUT FOR COMMISSION THERE IS A TDS , SO CAN WE TAKE THAT INPUT TAX ?
