Sir thanks For sharing this info. sir than what about gold merchant they normally buy or exchange the gold From the public or people who sell there gold from some kind off emergency.

Yes it will be very strange situation..
But purchase from unregistered person attracts sec 9(4)
And reverse charge mechanism will apply.
