What is the TDS rate on advertisement management consultancy charges? Please reply with detail explanation.

194 j professional services 10 %.it cannot be deducted under 194 C since it's purely a professional fee

Since consulting services is involved sec. 194J will operate. its not an advertising contract, so 194C will not apply in this case
