Income tax filing issue
My clients original return is invalidated due to non reply of intimation under 139(9). Now I have to file return for 2015-16 A,Y. . when im filing return under 139(4) original return . It saying that original return is already filed under 139. another cant be accepted.. Frndzz help me in this issue

It original return was filed within due date then file this as revised return.
ONLY YOU CAN FILE REVISE RETURN
no we can't file it as revised return. recently I have seen a notification from icai. there is some technical issue from IT dept. it should be filed in original
