Income tax
My son has got PAN card. However he is an NRI now and has not come to India since 2 years. In case he sells his property and like to file return, how to go about since AAdhar card is compulsorily for filing the return.

It is in preliminary state. Option for those not having Aadhar, as in your case, not thought of. May be alternatives like passport would be given.
Now NRI is exempted
Now NRI is exempted as per government directive and hence it is simplified
