OUR ONE OF CLIENT IS INDIVIDUAL,HE IS CARRYING ON BUSINESS OF TRANSPORT AGENCY AND COVERED UNDER TAX AUDIT.
MY QUESTION IS :
DOES HE REQUIRED TO DO ANY TDS FILLING IF AL PAYMENT MADE TO TRUCK OWNERS HAVING LESS THAN 10 TRUCKS
