Want delaration form for non-tds of transporter.
Sir, My friend has a business of giving rent of goods vehicle (tata ace) in a company. Now he has only 1 vehicle. He will filled first time ITR 4S in the A.Y 2017-18 as presumptive basis(Min 7500 /- pm per vehicle). He is receiving payment from company through RTGS, now he want to give a declaration to this company for not deduction of tds as per sec 194C(6) so how can he get this declaration form.
Please give me information anyone or give me a proforma of this declaration form.

Dear Madhu Ji, In capacity of propeitor/director/agent - which will be applicable for the above case. His trade licence is in his own name as Subir Paramanick, he has no service tax registration or any other except trade licence. Pls clarify me any type of transporting registration needed for giving this declaration. Pls clarify.
As per my understanding only pan no. required. proprietoe status will be applicable for your friend as he is giving vehicle on rent in individual capacity.
