Service tax credit on construction of rain water harvesting
Dear Experts,
Whether we can take service tax credit of construction Rain water harvesting System ? We have book this expenses in our accounts Building Under Construction head. Please advice.

Cenvat credit on original works contratc services - construction is specifically restricted and hence not eligible
Dear Sir,
It is the legal requirement of company. Whether we can take this stand for taken cenvat credit.
