Service tax on legal services added in the bill of such service.
Legal services fall under RCM i.e. the service tax on entire bill amount will have to be paid by the service reciever (Company). but what if the service provider adds the amount of service tax in his bill?

get the bill corrected
Practiclly sir you not need to revised your invoice just go with provision of rule i.e. pay service tax under RCM in time and inform such step taken by you to your supplier of service.
