Revise the Original ITR ,if return filed within due date.
Mention the challan details of both the Self Assessment Tax paid challans.
Put correct bank details for refund of the same.

Dear Abhi
As of My opnion wait upto intimation u/s 143 (1) and then file the rectification based the intimation passed by the AO along with cpc order.
Once you receive intimation u/s 143 (1) , do the following - login to Income tax,then go to efile and select rectification.
upload new X M L along with the Two payments of Self assessement ( fill both the payment in self assessement in ITR) then generate new X M L upload the same.
To all other professional collegues Need suggestion for the above.

You have to do 154 on receipts of 143(1) with 2 self assessment challan. No other option to you.

Yes you should wait for 143 (1) intimation. And then mention details of both challans for self assessment tax.
