I completed my articalship period of 3 years. .... But my ca not signing in form 108.. And he terminate me and submitted form 109 himself whiout singing form from me.. . And told i only complate only 7 days of articalship... ..please help me

 

this wrong... go to icai and complaint the issue in nearest icai

that form 109 would not be considered coz techcially its a transfer form by the student and not principal. also transfers are not allowed unless some conditions are satisfied. For now if theres any proof you need to gather then do that. for eg attendance details , work diary etc. You will have to visit icai for help.
