Whether brokerage on rent collection on commercial building will allowable under business head?

If Nature of Business is let out of commercial building/s then brokerage is allowed as expenditure, if not i.e., under income from house property head no expenses are allowed for deduction due availability of standard deduction @ 30%

Yes of course , it is allowed while computing business income.
