Anurag Sir I fully respect you and have nothing against you. I was just sharing my opinion.
If notification comes early, well and good. If it does not come or comes late, still we can wait. It is not a big deal. I was just giving an opinion.
However, I have a suggestion for ICAI if u can give them. We should have a fixed result date like CS or CMA so that this type of nonsence is not created.

Dear All,
One need to clarify. ICAI is always more eager to release result early. They are always fear of result being leaked, papers being misplaced, leak of any other confidential information etc. They have been working from September and they also need break after major event.
Senior examiner gets 800 + 20 papers to check in just 25 days. There would be intense pressure among themselves to complete the process at earliest. Moderator work started from 26 December and there are various rounds of review for this work. Moreover they have always target to complete specific percentage of total paper in moderation.
After moderation is completed they need to collate all the papers to know results of all students. That's where final game of gracing and lashing take place by council.
So it's not like that ICAI is having fun in releasing the result late. They have working tirelessly for completing at earliest and more the delay more the chance of leakage of information. There preparation starts from exam admission to result declaration. It would require great efforts to maintain confidentiality of exam papers too.
So instead of blaming icai kaam chor and they don't work on weekends, we should also acknowledge it's not cup of tea to take final exams of around 250,000 students ( single group and both group together) and to evaluate the answersheet which are not MCQ in around 2 months. Moreover atmost quality is to be maintained while evaluating answersheet.
There are many reasons of delay in results one of them would be moderation work but trust me icai would be more anxious to complete it at earliest.
There may be chances result would not be released on Tuesday. I could recollect when I appeared for CPt in December 2012, result were released on 21 January.

PS: I have appeared for Nov 2016 final and awaiting for results.
