instead of debiting cash A/c as done in normal cash transaction, debit current account opened for card swipe machine.

and write details in naration , like transaction ID

but sir, how to maintain 1st.inventory &  2.in bank a/c amount shows including charges.

e.g. Total Sale amount   is  100.00(including vat)

     we swap from customers 110.00 (some charges of bank)

when we received bank statement shows amount 105.00

then  what entry done ?
