can we file form 23AC without srn of form 66

I think for the Annual Filing of financial year 2008-09 the same is not possible.

SRN of Form 66 required where the paid up capital fo the company is more than 10 lac otherwise not required

ofcouse yes SRN of 66 is required for filing form 23AC

Of course SRN is required for filing form 23 AC in case the paid up capital of company is more than 10 lacs and less than Rs. 5 crore. However it is not a mandatory field (field no. 7 in form 23 AC).

What if the Paid up cap is above Rs 5 crore

Whatever be the Paid-Up Capital of the Company, You can file the Form with SRN Z99999999

yea SRN of form 66 z required while filling.......... and it z also under list of minimum tagging requirement issued by MCA for XBRL filling.

Whether applicability of form 66 is on paid up share capital or Authorized share capital.

If form-66 applicable to the company it is require to enter in form-23AC

When the Paid Up Capital of the Company is 10 Lakhs or more and below Rs 5 Crores then SRN of Form 66 is a must. Even if you try to upload it by giving Z99999999, later on the form can be marked as pending for user clarification.

Kindly note that in case the paid up capital is less than 10 lakhs or more than 5 Crores then Form 66 is not applicable. Hence question of SRN does not arise.
