Yes you can tranfer the shares as gift to family members.Please comply with the following : 1.Board Resolution approving transfer of shares.
2.Gift Deed on stamp paper of Rs 100.
3.Share transfer form SH-4 along with share transfer stamp duty .
4.For calculation the the amount of stamp duty,apply the rate of 025% on fair value of shares transfered.
