Tds refund on special income
Dear Sir,
I have an income from winning from horse race which attract 30% tds. After deduction tds I have got this money. My income is non-taxable. My question is that -
Can I claim refund of this tds which charge on special income.
Pls clarify.

yep...if your total taxable income is less than 250000

ABC & Associates a CA. Firm is a tax auditor of XYZ & Associates, another CA. Firm for F.Y. 2017-18. Can XYZ & Associates conduct tax audit of ABC & Associates for F.Y. 2017-18 ???
