Fact,
Proprietor Mr.A registered his proprietory firm named as M/s X for service 1.
now he wants to amend the registration to add one more service (service 2) and one more firm name (M/s Y).
kindly reply can he do so ??

different registration certificates will be required for different entities. if another service is to be added in certificate of m/s x, it shall go for amendment. for m/s y, new registration shall be done under service tax.
