Buy Manish Valechha textbook for IT. It is the best written book also contains memory codes which will help you to remember the subject easily..

Hi Suprakash,

There is nothing better than study material. The subject looks tricky only because it talks about Business Process Management in the first chapter itself but then it gets simpler until Chapter 4 and 5 which are bulky in their textual form.

No matter which book you pickup, they are all same (different in structure). As there is absolutely no extra explanation (Study Material is enough to give explanation)

The best way is to write your own notes using study material and post your questions on the forum about particular topic to see answers and explanation. This way you will build better understanding and will have your handy notes organized in the way you want it to be which will make it easy to remember at the time of examination.
