Yes .ISCA paper was checked very strictly as if u have mentioed the point then only u will get marks
No liniency in FR. It was so simple paper .

Yes in FR step marking has been done and it was so easy paper as compare to may 15 and nov 15
This time dont expect less than 30 marks question from IFRS ( May 2016)
