Sales return without vat

Hi, i have a query on sales returns for zero taxable or exceed 6 month of sales date , do we need to upload to sales tax department . if yes what is the procedure to upload . pl do share me on my mail id . pvsrinviasa @ gmail.com

Please mention the state from where this case belong becasue every state has it own procedure.

Dear

Is your problem is related to sales tax return filling, that how you mention the tax-free (Exempt) item sold six month back which is return due any reason.

So, It is my suggestion that there is no colume in monthly return to mention sale return of tax-free item but this should be disclosed in Annual Return and in this suppot you should make proper accounting enrty and other documention requirement like issue of credit note to the party.
