Apartment association
The managing committee failed to file IT returns in time. Now instead of refund the association has to pay penalty. Can the members ask that the loss is to be made good by the managing committee. Mainly, President , Secretary and Treasurer .

Refer the association bylaw if any Provisions are there if not Call for a Special Meet of members and pass a resolution that President,Secretary and treasures should he held liabality for Paying fines and penalty arising of any order fro income tax department as there is a fault in discharge of Duties from President,Secretary and treasures of the association.
