I want to know what if partnership firm is not register under registrar of firm?

what types of firm and u do need registration details.

Its a  Partnership firm only partenership deed hasbeen alone with notaray attached, but has not got register under registrar o firm.

          Is there any problem.

If you don't register partneship firm under the partnership act, then you will not have any right to sue for any matter regarding to the business however other person can sue you.

This is the major loss if you don't register.

ok thank you very much you mean to say that if the partnership firm is not register under Partnership Act i donnot have the right to sue.Apart from this i donot have any  other problem i.e i can file  of income tax return.

Yes sir you can file income tax return of partnership firm.
